The Cathedral Lakes fitness center is open 24 hours and has a Smith machine, a cable machine, a full set of weights and cardio equipment.

Yes. Cathedral Lakes has a 24 hour business center with individual conference rooms for calls and focused work. Residents can choose any internet provider.

Open parking at Cathedral Lakes is free and first come, first served. A limited number of reserved spaces are available for $45 per month. The community does not have garages, covered parking, EV charging stations or extra storage units.

Cathedral Lakes is about 25 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) and about 10 to 15 minutes from major employers in the area.

Yes. Cathedral Lakes welcomes up to two pets per apartment with a 99 lb weight limit and has an on-site dog park. A pet deposit, pet fee and monthly pet rent apply. Ask the leasing team for the full pet policy.

Yes. Cathedral Lakes has controlled access gates. Amenities open with a mobile app, apartment front doors use a physical key, and packages go to a secure package locker room. There is no additional on-site security staff.

Apply online at cathedrallakesapartments.com from the Apply Now or Floor Plans page. Applicants need an income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, and decisions take up to 72 hours after all applications and income documents are received.

Move-in costs include prorated rent and monthly fees, a $150 administrative fee, a $1,000 deposit and any pet fees that apply. Utilities are not included in rent.

Cathedral Lakes offers 12 month leases.

Yes. Through its preferred employer program, Cathedral Lakes offers a waived application fee and half off the $150 administrative fee at move-in. Ask the leasing team whether your employer qualifies.

Yes. Smoking is not allowed anywhere at Cathedral Lakes.

The Cathedral Lakes maintenance team works Monday through Friday and is on call 24/7 for emergency repairs.
